Our Story
In 2018, our founders — veterans of the telecom and SaaS industries — saw a gap in the market. Businesses everywhere were struggling with fragmented messaging tools: one provider for SMS, another for WhatsApp, a third for email. Each siloed, each requiring separate contracts, separate APIs and separate teams to manage.
We built BulkSMSHub to fix that. Starting from a small office in Singapore, we built direct carrier connections to 190+ countries, became an official Meta Business Solution Partner for WhatsApp, and developed the industry's most intuitive omnichannel campaign platform. Eight years later, we power over 5 billion messages per month for more than 10,000 businesses across six continents.
Today, BulkSMSHub operates from eight offices — Singapore (Global HQ), Dubai (MENA HQ), San Francisco (Americas HQ), London, Mumbai, Sydney, Riyadh and Lagos — with a team of 280+ employees speaking 24 languages and supporting customers 24 hours a day, every day.
